Heather
Owner
Heather Ryan has been in the industry for over 34 years - A graduate of Ohio State School of Cosmetology - She is also licensed and certified in New York and North Carolina. Her background In New York has enabled her to excel in blowouts - styling hair - updos - chemical services - short haircuts - long layers - double processes - tape-ins - sewn wefts. Heather opened the doors to Hair Loft on Linden over eight years ago and has worked hard to teach other stylists her diverse list of strengths. Heather has traveled all over the United States for her continuing education, and she believes it's necessary to support and help build talent in our industry. Heather expects a higher-level performance from her employees and understands this standard's importance when developing a solid team. She will continue to teach and grow with the salon and hopes to invoke the same standards to future stylists.
Faith
Junior Stylist
Faith is a junior stylist who recently joined the Hair Loft family in early 2023. She enjoys hands-on training behind the chair with Heather Ryan. She is certified in S4 and Olaplex and is currently enrolled in classes to become a color expert with Redken. She finds her strengths now are cutting, and color is running in a close second love of hers. While Faith graduated in 2020 in Cosmetology at Sandhills, she considers herself lucky to have found a salon that enables her to grow and advance quickly in this industry due to the expected heavy load of learning. Kelsey
Senior Stylist
Kelsey is a Senior Stylist with seven years of experience behind the chair. She has developed her career under the creative director Heather Ryan. She has been certified by many professional companies, such as Goldwell, Rusk, S-4, Olaplex, and Dream Catchers: Dream Catchers, I-tip & K-Tips & beaded wefts. Kelsey is currently working on certifications with Vidal. She finds Fashion and Vivid Colors to be challenging and fun. Additionally, she is getting certified with Dream Catchers Extensions. She is passionate about working with more advanced cutting so that she will get more involved with Sassoon Education. Kelsey is now ABC & ABC+ certified with Sassoon after three days of intense training in New York City with acclaimed Sassoon stylist Martyn. She will be traveling at least once a year to advance with Sassoon training in the coming years. Kelsey realizes the importance of the client's time in the chair and understands the value of education, which plays a massive role in receiving a proper consultation with every appointment. In addition, she understands the value of education and its importance in her growth as a professional stylist. Her passion for education has strengthened her in short haircuts, perms, vivid colors, tape-ins, and hand-tied wefts. While she is a native of Moore County, she travels to other parts of the country- New York - and Arizona - to keep up with current trends. Kelsey strives to bring big-city styles to our small town while delivering professional results.
